The entire city of Cleveland. Outside of Lebron, all 3 teams have been bad for generations outside of the Indians for a couple seasons but still never won.

I don't know why Chicago gets a bad rap as a losing city.

They have more championships then just about anyone the last 25 years outside of maybe Boston
