its a small bet, so no trying to circumvent limits with a double pop, just annoyed that its not even looked into, not researched, if in the end i am stuck with the 2x loser, so be it, its the i dont give a f2ck attitude that i cant deal with

They've always been great for me. Never a problem for me. Maybe once or twice I've dealt with an exhausted rep.... can you imagine a rep dealing with a gambler who just went ape shit after a tilt? They probably get that EVERY FUCKIGN DAY!!! And then we call in with our own minor issue...

Wholeheartedly agree. They are the worse customer service in the business. Last Saturday I get an email saying my funds I sent via moneygram rejected. I contacted them using live chat to find out the story. Andrea, the lazy bitch, says they gave me a bad name. I need to go back to moneygram and get a refund. I go back get my money but they do not refund me the fee. I tell lazy bitch to refund me the fee and she says she can't refund because I should have told her I used moneygram within the last 8 days. Told her I have never had to do that before and you should be able to look at my history. She refuses to look into it and says nothing she can do. Been with them for over 10 years. It is only 9.99 but it is the principle that pisses me off. Doesn't even try to satisfy a long time customer. I guess customer is always right doesn't exist outside of US. I'm done and now using bookmaker. The grade faster and their customer service don't sound like robots
I tried to deposit using an amazon card. Photo of the card,photo of the receipt where i bought it sent in . One guy tells me two hours max i will have funds. 4 hours later i call and next guy says it may take 24 hours. Next day i get a guy who is more helpful and he says send everything to his email. Long story short the money never made it in and i dealt with morons with attitude who seemed like they could give two sh*ts about me. I can go to bovada and debit card a deposit and the funds are there and i am betting in 2 minutes. I like the options on 5dimes but the customer service keeps me away

You might not want to bet tennis. There isnt any one sport that has as many deleted wagers/refunds because of start time changes, withdrawls etc.
I'll give you the book perspective now. No player ever makes a mistake, it's alwsys a glitch by the system and whenever their is a time change (happens a ton on these asian tournaments) and late bets come in, they are always on the winner and the player always claims he had no idea. Unfoetunately, the 99 calls before yours were under those criteria, so if you are the one legit case, you get drowned amongst the cheats.

haha! this site is no different than any of the books people come here to complain about. How/why could anyone think these guys are on your side any more than those guys are?!? They will rob you of a penny now in favor of you handing over $100 willingly and amicably later. It's exactly the same greed that keeps this site going that keeps the shitty books going that keeps people constantly going back to both.
