How did they beat themselves when they have the 2 best pitchers on the planet and both guys had 2 starts a piece in a 5 game series.

You want to make excuses for a team that has a 300 million $ payroll.

Also at home in a close out game with a pitcher on the mound who has a 19-3 record with a 1.66 ERA.

They didn`t beat themselves.....They got beat fair and square....PERIOD!

Donny Baseball is gone good bye....Nice guy though.

You don`t win championships with 3 players.....Kershaw,Greinke and Gonzalez....That`s all this team has.

What a garbage 300 million $ team.

Turner had a great series...With that said he is the clean up hitter....lol
Corey Seager...LMAO.....The kid can`t touch a fastball.
Ellis and Grandal....LOL
Crawford,Rollins and Utley.....Old men....lol.
Joc Pederson and Erique Herrnandez.....2 more horrible players.

And the manager is just as bad as Matt Williams.....2 horrible managers.

been saying it for the last 3 years.. what they lack is the grinders that can scratch out runs...the everyday lineup is not a postseason lineup.

I don`t have to be a baseball scout to know that Corey Seager cant touch a 95 MPH fastball.....He was a automatic out everytime up.

To me they were un-bettable for so long this season I can't even estimate how long. I backed them early season and did well but at some point it just fell to absolute garbage, they just were not scoring runs when I needed them to. It got to the point where the only way i could use them was to Fade them or take the RunLine against them. I really thought that play that broke Tejada's leg though turned the series against The Mets cuz Lo The Dodgers actually managed to score some runs there and forced NYM to face The Gauntlet of Kershaw & Grienke but Daniel Murphy handled that test well.

I grew up a Dodgers Fan, would have loved to back them here my natural instincts was to do that but they just do not score runs & I agree with the above: worst $300 Million ever spent, from my perspective at least re: run production and I was tired of seeing them & I am glad they're gone.

This is a Dream NLCS.

I'm not bashing the Mets .. I was hoping and Wishing this was the NL Champ Match-up

Yeah same here completely. I'd not be surprised at all if thats the feeling of most all of even the most DIEHARD Fans of whatever team....this is an AMAZING NLCS of course from a Historical Perspective but also the Matchups top to bottom. The Young Mets Arms vs. probable Cy Young Winner Jake & Lester......The Old Man Bartolo.....who pitched well late season when NYM needed him to....The Dark Knight Harvey.....(though I thought there was talk of shutting him down lmfao....even before Postseason began...I never understood what that talk was about)....Kris Bryant, Rizzo...Hot As Hell Soler....Castro....

Cubs got some players. Will be interesting to see if Duda gets going, what Cap'n Wright does and how Hot Murphy can stay.

Dream Series. I just hope I don't see Torres comin' out the pen for NYM....I can't take that any more.

The Dodgers have always been bad at scoring and I can't figure out why. Even when Torre was there they couldn't score.

yup.

all season they never had that streak of games where they were crushing the ball and scoring runs. Mets did. Cubs did. Jays did. Royals did. Finally Kershaw has a good playoffs but ulimately their bats let them down as most of us knew they probably would.

So it took the mets 5 games.....win by one run....to beat this garbage team? How good are the mets then?

And Corey Seager who you say "LMAO"would be in the mets starting lineup

These met fans are like cockroaches.....finally have a winning year and now they know it all.

They faced 2 of the best pitchers in The Game. 4 out of the 5 Games they played them. And Kershaw didn't Meltdown in the 7th.

deGrom went twice, Syndergaard once and in relief....these are young arms vitterd. deGrom in jams this last out ongoingly that Veteran Pitchers would be praised for managing to withstand the pressure of. Mets came up Huge here vitterd. And you know it.

Didn't watch much of the series, but they didn't cover third base on a walk and it probably cost them at least extra innings. Yeah, based on that alone, they beat themselves. That shit wouldn't happen in a little league game with an accountant as manager.

Uh.....my statements had very little to do with the mets....they were in response to that moron saying the Dodgers were garbage. A completely idiotic comment.
