Should Westgate Super Contest Raise Entry Fee?

Record numbers of entries each year now. When does it get to a point where there are too many entires and it is better for the contest to raise entry fee, rather than attract record breaking entries each year?

i just hope it becomes more popular so i can play more weekly pickem leagues with friends

Did the World Series of Poker raise the entry fee with record number of entries ? doubt it... not sure why they would here either

no, but they created larger buy in tournaments (5x Main Event buy in) which reduced field size

well they made it a horse tournament
i guess when it gets big enough, make it 5 ats + 5 totals
it would be interesting to see someone take both, maybe like the triple crown version of sports betting.

I say keep it the same and keep breaking records and payouts.

They could always do a a5k High Roller Super Contest, that would be interesting.

As long as they add more payouts, and don't keep any of the money. More people and bigger grand prizes will make it more popular, which is good for sports betting.
