Kobe Bryant has large lead in NBA All–Star voting after first returns

Los Angeles Lakers veteran Kobe Bryant leads NBA All–Star voting by more than 200,000 votes after first returns, the NBA announced Friday.






Bryant has 719,235 votes, more than 200,000 ahead of Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who has the second–most points. Cavaliers forward LeBron James is the highest vote–getter in the Eastern Conference with 357,937.


Last month, Bryant announced that he would retire from the NBA following the 2015–16 season. Bryant has made 17 All–Star games during his career, only missing out twice.

n the Western Conference frontcourt tallies, Bryant is trailed by Kevin Durant, who has 349,473 votes.


Heat guard Dwyane Wade has the second–highest vote total in the Eastern Conference with 300,595. Pacers forward Paul George trails him with 283,785.

Other than the older guys on their way out & a handful of younger stars, the rest of the list is garbage compared to years past...

The NBA is a joke

The NBA is nothing but black madness in a gang. Should all be exterminated and their money redistributed. The season hasn't even remotely started yet it has ended. Cavs vs. Warriors with the Warriors having to play a play-in series with the Spurs to play the Cavs. There you have it, I could have the season over with the result before wild card weekend.

But instead, people will get ripped off by Nets vs. Knicks and Heat vs. Suns and all of that. The results mean nothing. NBA needs contracted to make it viable and make an all white league. That would be 100 times more entertaining than see who can jump the highest while wearing an XXXL white T shirt on the sideline in your 6'9" 185 pound physique.

ESPN needs to get off there knees with this league... my god, its nothing less then obsession and infatuation.... give me coll hoops any day of the week..
