I don't think he has been 100% regardless of what anyone says. His spirals look good but his arc & touch was not there in the last couple of games. He under threw a lot of balls lately.

Palmers finger might have given him problems... But where some of those throws were going, It was more of bad decision making then anything else... forcing throws to nowhere land...
