Opinions on Heritage payouts?

Enjoy playing there. Great interface, lots of options.

For some reason always lose there (lol), but did get one payout several months ago for some Marital Gladness. The site advertised a higher amount for the MG, but when I went to submit my request was told the max is 400. I asked them about it and, quite by divine providence, they said it was reduced to that just that day or something like that. Not a big fan of that, but I know lots of books are experiencing headaches with MG's and so forth. Although I did see another guy post that he had won a lot of money there (was just after I cashed, I believe) and they were giving him higher MG's, along with other methods, to pay him out. ?

Anyways, that's neither here nor there. I have no complaints with them. But just did make a request for a good amount. Finally got lucky there. Hopefully it's a smooth process. I have read some negative threads about them, but my experience has always been positive with them. Customer service is great, they are fast, efficient, etc.

That was my best experience with this book ever. Turnaround was one day. I imagine it probably could've been achieved the same day had I not requested it in the afternoon the day before. Lightning fast. Very friendly, very fast, efficient. Very solid.
