yes, for Christmas, but I haven't set it up yet, my daughter is threatening me now

hey, I just set up my echo, also a gift, so I'm making progress, my son kept nagging me so I had to do it just to shut him up (then again, at least he was calling, made mom happy)

I recently activated the Samsung Health app on my Android phone and it tracks my steps well since my phone is almost always on my person. Past several months I average about 80 miles per week

Might get over to 5TeamPar's side of town in next 12-18 months. It's about a 40 min ride from our primary business zones, but lots of relatively newer homes (15 years or less) and lots of high income homeowners (like 5tp, of course)

I got one in 2014. Used it for like 3 weeks and then never again. I mostly use it as an alarm now to wake me up.

I've had one for a couple years. Helps me count my steps. I do between 6000 - 9000 steps per day plus it keeps track of the number of staircases I climb.

I also use it to track my sleep and my restlessness while I sleep.

I actually thought the opposite...good exercise plus helping your own business gain revenue...+EV IMO

and outdoors as well

i have a fitbit, but stopped using it when i got the apple watch, but pretty much only wear that when i have lots of games going and want all of the score alerts to pop up...watch is great for dinners with the wife but wouldnt buy again

like the fitbit with the phone app....didnt realize i was walking as much as I was (about 3-5miles a day)

So you walk around passing out flyers all day? That sucks

If I were an employee, perhaps.

I am the lead owner for a network of eight separate operations. Three hours of flyering generates enough business to pay me (currently) about $250 per day net profit.

I am launching a direct mail campaign in about five weeks which will cost me about $1100 weekly but raise my weekly revenues to over $3000

Dude, I work outdoors in central Florida about five miles from the Gulf.and I toke as much high quality weed as I wish....life is muy bueno

cheersgif

Believe me now and hear me later.....I do not for one moment ever take for granted that at age 56 my physical vitals and general conditioning are on par w a man 15+ years younger.

I encourage everyone to increase their walking/swimming to at least 10 hrs weekly

heh....It's not a model that is highly duplicatable, but for our modest network of owners we are getting close to 10,000 a week in sales w about a $1500 operating cost

Just building escrow to fund my Costa Rican escape pod which we hope to launch from the mother ship by age 60 or sooner

Have you considered other tropical locales, or pretty much set on Costa Rica?

I was in Belize last year, and was impressed. I like the fact that they speak English...
