I mean, it not like some skank claiming she got raped by some lacrosse players or a criminal attacking a cop..A valued member of society gets attacked for no reason other than being white and the president chooses not to lecture us tax payers on race?

Latinos have some interesting genes. I am part Latino and some of my family is green eyed sandy blonde hair. Others can pass as Filipino, Hawaiian or middle Eastern. Others look black. Got all nationalities covered lol

White is a race. Hispanic is an ethnicity. I am both.

This comes after several high-profile incidents on/near Metro (Metro = DC/MD/VA subway system). Packs of teenagers, preying on easy targets.

In World War Z (the book, not the movie), there are a few stories about feral teenagers. Children who lost their parents during the zombie outbreak, and then became animal-like scavengers. Art imitating life, or life imitating art?

Easy to identify the problem --- bad parents, or absent parents. But what's the solution? This culture has been festering for decades --- it's naive to think you can fix everything in 1-2 years.
