Top 5 I'd day no.

Top 10? Soooo difficult to gauge how good they really are since the rest of the league sucks right now...

I have trouble believing they even sniff the top 10 in talent.. but the record speaks loud...

I raised the question for more of the NBA savants to chime in..

JustinCruise's "yes" was very helpful and insightful

There is no point guard in the league right now to counter Curry & that is huge.

Please spare me the mention of Chris Paul.

Years ago an Iverson, Hardaway (Penny & Tim), and others could at least keep Curry busy on the other end and some could fare better at guarding him...

Im not sure we are really sure how good Thompson, Barnes and Green are yet - may look back it 10 years and they're all thought of as total studs

yeah, Green is a great topic in itself....

Barnes is a solid as any role player could ever be...

I actually think if one different teams Barnes would be more likely to shine.

Mental toughness and team combinations are huge factor in sports. Everyone in the NBA is talented and athletic but that will only take you so far. Basketball IQ and a combo of great team play will translate into wins. GSW are a deep team their bench is awesome. They play at the same tempo/style and continue to score. They are going to be tough to beat again this year.

I think it's so hard to compare players and teams across eras. The game has changed and evolved so much. How can you compare
a team like Golden State that has two of the best long range gunners of all time, with teams in the pre-3-point-line era?

just to be clear, I'm talking ALL time not today

Wasn't clear at all

That's why I said it was a dumb question. You make it sound like you meant in todays league. And i thought it was dumb to ask if the best team by far had a top 10 roster

Golden State launches 30 3-pointers per game, and hits 13, for a total of 39 points per game. Hard to compare this team to any team pre-3-point-line era...

name the squads you think had more talent over history.

The utah jazz of the 90's had no chance vs the warriors now. Obviously you got the Celtics in the 80's and the Lakers in the 80's probably. 95 Bulls. Anyone before 3 point line is kind of irrelevant to compare
