Question for computer programmers, What is the cost and time to update the RX?

In the thread of how to generate more traffic to the RX? I brought up the issue that the RX is a FORUM only. Maybe the owners should look to Improving the site?

How expensive is it to Hire programmers to create a Consensus section here? Similar to that across the street? We all know it will be a success. Is it cost prohibitive?

I think theRX would be better served using acquisitions to buy up the sites to get the features it needs.

I don't think they have the patience or the techincal staff to create it from scratch.. I'd would assume they have the cash to make some major purchases...

you guys are right on about becoming more than just a forum...

Would, in your very esteemed & knowledgeable opinion Defying, the owners of TheRxForum.com and The Prescription.com ever consider selling these Domain names for the chunk of change they would get for these and relocate to elsewhere?

Maybe another acquired site, as you mention?

and chiefly how come theres no enthusiasm for RunMaker's Lesbian Idea?

and also who actually own all these Domains here and this Forum?

and finally Defying if they did sell the Domains what do you think they'd get for them?

Im just a cog in the machine too be frank. I truly don't know... I just show up, punch the clock and kick it with you degens all day.

I know that everyone that works on this forum on a daily basis wants it to be more, but we have little control over the big picture of the forum.
BAS and Hache have done a fantastic job of setting the tone they want the forum to have which is IMO their main duties as far as I know...

I have little power.. well I can give and take green bars like a champ... but other than that and a couple other small administrative powers, I'm just another poster
