mainly just betting the veteran angle here. Plus, I imagine these two will be parlayed as it gets closer to fight time, driving the price up.

It's a shame Galvao-Dantas is off. They're saying it was an illness for Galvao, but what they probably mean is a bad weight cut. As someone who cut weight twice a week for 6 months a year for nearly a decade, that sucks. I hope one of the many strategies to limit them pan out, so we don't have to worry about these 1 day in advance cancellations in the future.

Good luck to all. Please don't blindly follow. Please blindly fade if you hate 'Murica.

A couple notes on this one:
- Most Mousasi fights go to the ground. If you've watched his career, he went to the ground with Machida (who almost never goes down), Jacare twice (why would you?), and a lot
of the rest (Phillipou, OSP, and Hall just off the top of my head spent a good majority on the ground). His last 5 wins are: pre-retirement Costas, the shell named Hendo, pre-retire Munoz, Latifi on short notice, and Mike Kyle. His last 3 losses are to Jacare, Hall and Machida. I just don't see why Gegard is such a fave here.
- Silva looked old and uninspired 14 months ago...while on the juice. Off the juice, i just don't think he has it anymore. I see the most likely outcome as Silva by close decision, but I prefer the over and not silva inside because both bets cover 2 more slightly less likely outcomes - Bisping by late finish or decision.
- In the world of Page and Sage, some of these new stars get lost because they're not American, they're not as flashy or their names are hard to say, but I like all of these prospects: Tom Breese, Makwan Amirkhani, Arnold Allen, and Krzysztof Jotko are all big names on the Euro scene and could become huge players in their divisions in the future.

Update:
Lena-Ruth U2.5 1.5 to win 1 -1.5 -1.5

"Super Duper" Cooper .5 to win 2.1 -.5 -2.0
Grove 1.8 to win 1 +1 -1.0
Kongo O1.5 1.2 to win 1 +1 0.0
Kongo 1.8 to win 1 +1 +1.0

I thought Lena-Ruth was a great fight. Lena just wasn't physical enough to keep up, but she was tough as nails. Ruth, on the other hand, needs some bjj in her life. She was given the back multiple times and never even attempted to set hooks in. I thought Cooper was doing well until he got caught, I thought Grove was losing until he landed his bomb, and I sure hope Kongo doesn't make main event another card any time soon.

Jarjis Danho should be cut. That's ridiculous - and I had bets on him.

Damn I had to run to the pooper...lol what happened?

He got punched in the belly to the upper right of the groin, not an extremely hard shot by any means. He was tired, and wanted a way out of the fight. But since it was the 3rd, they went to the cards. If you watch it back, he didn't even try to rub it out, jump it out, etc. He just wanted to quit.

Frustrating main card. Also, it's almost as if Zahabi guys train for decisions. Arnold Allen and Tom Breese today; GSP, Rory, OAB, Carmont before them. It's something I should really consider moving forward.

You're right about the Tri Star gym guys. No killers instinct in anyone there it seems. Noted for future reference for me as well...
