I drove Limo, Black Cabs even regular Taxi there until a few years back and bought stuff from Auction Houses on the side to resell for profit so I know the City very well and auction houses there....a bit less so but pretty well.
Its probably alright, probably gonna work out just fine but I am very cautious with such things and there are some Red Flags here...
Personally I would monitor this transaction closely myself....keep an eye on your Credit Card activity just..."loosely"...not like ya gotta obsess about it or consciously worry IMO just....be of a mind here that there are indicators that this could go "awry"...
Chiefly I'd be very conscious of expected delivery time and you don't get it when you expect....I'd get concerned.
This is not an auction house I am familiar with, with my familiarity with PHX Auction scene this is a bit troubling but not really really so....has been a few years, like I said, since I was all up in that and literally knew them all.
"Mixed" Reviews on Yelp (either very good or very bad) suggest that if problem is encountered you might have a challenge contacting, getting resolution. Yelp though? Some Yelp Bad Reviews come from Yelp themselves (shills they have post bad reviews) cuz Yelp business model = "Pay us to remove your bad reviews or...oh well" so....Yelp? My Main concern is about where they are in Phoenix. This is a somewhat "shady" part of town, by no means really "bad" but what concerns is the small size of an operation that would be located where they are, "fly by night" is the vibe that comes from discovering their location in this small business plaza then the neighborhood.....real real bad to the EAST....transitioning to "better" and heavily commercial to the WEST but in this particular spot? Kinda on the fence straddling the really bad and....just kinda Blah (Huge Mall Metrocenter and many many stores to the West of this location)...
Their West Phoenix location/often Transient Nature of businesses that rent space in Office Plazas such as this....is a red Flag.
You'll prolly be perfectly fine on this deal, main thing to weigh into the above ^^^^ is that I am overly cautious with such things, cynical and expect the worse so factor that in heavily but I would be "on my toes", not be of a mind here to abide any delay in delivery past just the very most wee bit of time beyond what you expect.

Yeah definitely don't stress at all about it man. Just put an eye on it.
Deal on the location is Pros exist to near freeway, sorta "Central" to the PHX area so I do see why they might have chosen to rent office space where they did "logistically"...West Phoenix certainly has more a cluster, like, "community" of auction houses than any other area of PHX by far
On the "Con" side is really not an inspiring neighborhood if what you're looking for is Confidence that a company is gonna be there long. Were one to set up a deal like this with plans to (at some point) "Hit & Run" Westsidewhere regards Phoenix would be most probably where they'd do that.
No one who knows Phoenix well would be able to have their confidence inspired by the location of this office.
You can appreciate that completely. I don't know Chicago well enough to draw a comparison but you do and thus....you know exactly what I mean.
Westside Phoenix just......naw. FAR out West here? Different deal mostly. Westside has it's nice pockets but its mostly not good.

I really think it will and since these guys are mostly Online Auctioning their Office Location less a Red Flag then were they Live Auctioning as their main source of revenue which were they mostly that (Live Auctioning) they'd have done better to go Full On Ghetto and make their office about 4 miles South of where they are and a Mile and a Half West where they'd have been amongst a few other fairly Big Live Auction houses. So it would have been more convenient for Auction Goers to get to them, do their auctions along with those at them other Houses.
My Biggest Concern and Question is "Where are these guys getting all this stuff??????"
These Guys are moving a CRAP TON of Signed Memorabalia, an alarming % of this some fairly Exotic stuff.

If deemed authentic by them then you are good to go, if not I would return it and eat the cost of the signature quick opinion. Next time I recommend getting it prior to bidding/purchase, however if you were going to be this worried about it bud.
