I'd say most don't but when in public people make a big deal about it, so it isn't a lack of respect not to, if no one saw it? I've seen studies where you can get a whole room to stand and do things, by just having a few initiate it.

Unfortunately, you can get a whole room to do a lot of things if just a few people initiate it.

I don't lie, maybe you don't know what that's like.

The only time I'm watching the national anthem is during big events. I'm usually entertaining, usually making drinks, always socializing and I always turn up the volume. No big deal, but that's the plain and simple truth

truth is we have a group of 6 that we go to each others house and make it a party night when the game is on...

we play cards drink etc.. AND STAND FOR THE ANTHEM...

so fvck off to the haters....as I don't lie nor care about your comments..

I do when I'm at home. If I'm at a bar or somebody else's house, it's about 50/50.

Before an event, it's usually me and my daughter standing when it's at my house.
