For me it's usually in the morning when Vegas lines come up, or the night before after all the results are in, on the league that I'm capping. I like to make bets though first thing in the morning when everyone opens for business.
Like Reno I wait until the night games are done then take a peak at the next day in whatever sport I'm doing. In the morning around 10-11am I will start looking more in depth at the match ups I like. It feels like I'm always handicapping, though, some way or another.
