NBA has most all-around athletes with MLB having the least...imo

That depends on how you judge it.
If you are going on strictly athletic ability yea you would probably be right .

But if skill gets thrown into it baseball would probably be #1 and not last.

Baseball probably requires the most skill.

No baseball player can go straight from high school or college and compete at the MLB level.

That is not the case with the NBA.

I think I can only name 2 players in he last 30 years who went straight from college to MLB .

Hitting a pitch off a world class pitcher is probably one of the hardest things to do in sports.

Nfl for straight athletic ability
I agree, NBA and NFL have the best raw athletics. NHL and MLB takes skills though, a great athlete without any skills in those two sports would have the hardest time competing.

NBA has the most ridiculously freakish athletes that can just wake up, smoke weed, not practice and be great.

MLB and NFL requires technique. The difference between a great player and a guy you never heard of is so small.

toughest most grueling marathon known as the Stanley Cup Finals.

Hockey players no question about. Nobody better better argue this.

They are the toughest athletes on the planet for sure and it's not even close. Hockey is the only sport in the world where one of the players actually died during the game, was brought back to life, and asked to be put back in the game. True story.

Agree.

Why people think playing basketball requires being a great athlete is absurd. Just because they are tall and wear revealing clothing does not make them super-human athletes. If hockey was played in shorts and a tank top, people would understand the physicality of hockey much better.

In basketball, you can play with 75% effort most of the time and still look like you are competing. In hockey, if you give less than 100% effort at any time, you will get exposed immediately. There is a reason a normal shift in hockey is only 45 seconds long.
