Cowboy wants assurance that if he takes this fight against Khabib that he still gets to fight Cote on 6/18 ..... He wants both.

When someone like BJ Penn does that, you kinda wonder if he needs the $. I know he comes from a rich family so I doubt it, but that is weird he would want to fight him on short notice when the payday wouldn't even be that great.

A lot of these guys just want to fight, that's it ... BJ is one of them. Many train just as hard with no fight on the horizon as they would if they had a fight 2 months down the road (always ready to rock). UFC is turning into a complete JOKE. Guys are sooooo under paid, totally Begging to bang and get ignored.

Khabib Nurmagomedov to face newcomer Darrell Horcher at UFC on FOX 19

The fight will be contested at a 160 lbs catchweight.

Horcher (12-1) is the Cage Fury Fighting Championships lightweight champion. The 28-year-old also has fought 3 times for Bellator MMA, winning his first 2 bouts before losing a unanimous decision to Philippe Nover. After suffering the first loss of his career, Horcher signed with CFFC, where he is a perfect 5-0, with stoppage wins over Jordan Stiner and Stephen Regman in championship contests. Now the Pennsylvania native will enter the UFC by stepping up on short notice to fight one of the top 3 lightweights in the world.

Wth! Horcher isn't bad, but not ready for this main stage, I don't think. Man, Khabib was getting a solid comeback opponent in Ferguson, a fight he could've easily lost IMO, so why not give him the bigger names that were calling in, mainly Cerrone, because at a catch weight like 160, he would've easily made that cut...Jebus!
