Is this guy the closest thing to Kobe we have left?

He's very good on both sides of the ball. I want to see that mamba mentality. ..he showed some today. Needs to be more consistent.
Thoughts on this guy?

Kawhi Leonard

He's improved offensively for sure. Yeah he might be the best overall player. Most underrated player in the league imo.

He's only 25. And says he is not 100% yet from the leg injury. That shit takes years to recover from. He probably hasn't hit his prime yet.

And he's a top 5 player in the league right now. Of course he won't win rings like that but I see similarities in their all around play.

He's a top 5 player in the league.

Durant, Westbrook, Curry, LBJ and A Davis.

Better than those five?

I'll take him over westbrook yeah. He's right at #5, #6 for me. Kawaii maybe a bit better overall. They would be 5 and 6 for me. Westbrook would be 7 or 8.

What a rare occurrence too as top 5-8 players in the league are not usually picked #10 overall. All the other obvious top players were top 3 picks or worst case top 5.

In the NBA, usually at #10, you are lucky if you get a solid role player.

That's why the NBA draft sucks, it is so obvious. And usually 90% of the time picking #9 and picking #28 is damn near the same.

Whats that have to do with him being a top 5 player?

Because he's not better than Curry, Durant, LBJ or A. Davis either. He's not better than Leohnard either.

Good player but on the second tier of superstars. Most folks would tell you Cousins is better too.

Well, it's pretty clear PG is not as good as K. Durant or LBJ. Do you agree with that? Do you think PG is better than KD and LBJ?

This is a test for you Justin.

Kd and LBJ aren't even in the top 5 anymore
