Historical stock prices are very easy to look up. However, is there any database available to look up historical prices of options?

Ive looked and come up empty.

If not, is there a way to back end to what the premium would have been if you knew what the stock price was, what the strike price was, the length of the put... Any other variables needed? Volatility???

Long story short, I'm curious what the premium for a put on a certain stock for a certain time period a while back.

the volatility of the underlying asset (beta-the higher the beta, the greater the premium)
plus the market volatility matters too (vix)
for equities the amount and timing of dividends/distributions can affect when in the
money calls could be exercised thus influencing premiums.
there is an option price algorithm called black-scholes which is good
and commonly used.
I am sure I missed a few things.

I think you will find that this formula will help you accomplish your goals:

MY Good buddy Billy has ditched the internet for info he said ever since yahoo changed thier format the info is scattered all over the place and he cant see pitchers fgull stats like the most important one is the whip no other site gives it all in one page

SO back too old way the daily paper we have the Philly Daily news to use here in our tri state area plus the NY daily news

so ever since he started back with old paper news heres his record 100% winners

Astros +148 ( lol the Seat M's lost 8 striaght games toooooooooo easy he said)

NYY Plus +107 how can you not take The Yanks vs Redsox as a pup?

Astros + 225 bill said the M's pitcher just wasnt worthy of that price -248 and as usual never bet against streaks

Rockies -138

ok Easter sunday no paper is out so cant use this winner he won one game PUPPIE +144

Sat one game D rays - 137 he laughed over that one after 5 innings he just shut off TV 16-1 final

fri one dog because public tout was raving over starter like he always does pitcher has 0.95 era last 3 starts yadda yadda yadda

always big chalk too - 180 - 175 etc he wagers 1/2 units 75 to win $50 Monopoly money

So he went with Road dog Diamond Backs +158 laste game at Dodgers and it went to 12th inn 4-2 final

So Billy just started this new possible system like in other sports win as adog drop it when favored

not enough results for 1st month heres what he has NL 14 WINS 14 losses he used it as vs same team and different team 2 teams were either always chalked or always dogged but your backing all dogs so your croaking your books n bookies

IN Al 7 teams same thing always chalked or always dogged or havent won as a dog then chalked and that record was 5 wins 4 loses so your good there too 4 and 5 all dogs your plus money

start tracking this one guys .... i think we might have something by end of may ...

He said dosent matter what juice is or where they play he said in NL most wins came vs a differnt team and losses were facing same team in AL was wins and losses vs Different teams only 3 were vs same team but we only have 8 teams in all that won as dog then flipped to chalk
