Which Internet Speed is Faster? 150/150 or 200/20

Such a green question...but FIOS just recently sold out to Frontier in Tx, Cali, and Florida and service is a joke and people are crying all over about missing services.
I'm looking at switching back to the dreaded Time Warner...which I had avoided for years for several reasons...one being internet speed.

Anyways...which speed is faster if I only surf internet, stream movies, and download music? I don't upload anything.
150/150 (FIOS) or 200/20 (TWC). and how much more noticeable would 300/20 be?

It seems obvious with the DL speed being larger, but that low upload speed is worrisome.

Seems like an easy answer? Id want the 150/150 if I had my choice of your options.

Agreed, unless you send a ton of email with attachments for work or something.

150/150 is dumb, most ISP's don't allocate NEARLY equal speed to the two. I think closer to a 10:1 ratio is standard.
