I killed a 6 foot monster yesterday and now I am freaked out thinking there might be more?!?! I have gone all through Google and get mixed results. Many articles say they travel in pairs? I have researched repellents and there are mixed results. Does anyone have any experience with these fucks? I know beyond a shadow of doubt that my puppy will go right after the damn thing because she is always chasing a black snack that hangs out in my front yard.

It is a fact that rattlesnakes travel in pairs.

Until one is killed.

Then - due to the blood oath they swore when first mated - the survivor devotes his life to getting revenge.

As long as you sleep with all the lights on and spread garlic around all your door frames, he might.............might be repelled.

GL....post your story update.......if you survive

Some services offer anti snake training for dogs (use scent and shocks to make them fear snakes I think)

they also have have a shot or something you can give them once a year or something that is supposed to help give you more time if they ever are bitten

we have them on some of the hiking trails in socal
