I personally will not be voting.
Told my wife the same thing 3 months ago. I don't want any responsibility in witch one of these lousy candidates gets elected. I keep asking how this can be the best we got!

Agreed. At first I really liked the idea of a guy like trump.. Renegade candidate, put Washington on notice that the party is over, not in the lobbyist pockets, accountability for these career politicians, acknowledge the silent majority.. Etc

But he's gone way off the rails... I just wouldn't be comfortable voting for him. And I hate to say it but unfortunately there's a lot of trump supporters I would never want to be associated with.

However you want to look at it, fact is Hillary Clinton is proven to be a liar & crooked, while Donald Trump wants to, and will, rebuild the strength of our military to continue being the peacekeepers of the world & protecting all smaller countries that cant protect themselves.

That alone makes the choice a no-brainer in my opinion.

Anyone against that has their own personal agenda against Americans & the U.S. in general, most likely being racial, reasons.

If the U.S. ever falls, then your little country, wherever you might be from, will also eventually fall & be taken by China, Russia, or North Korea. This us a given in such a scenario.

The United States is the big brother who protects all of the little guys.
If for some reason thatbig brother moves away, or becomes disabled & cant fight to protect those lil guys anymore, then the bullies will swoop in & own you.

Keep that in mind when voting against Trump for idiocy such as racial reasons...

you guys are all fools, cant youi see if trump came in and supported the same things bush did (the gop business as usual policies) he wouldnt of been trashed as bad.

if you want this economy to change, and move from a global economy, where we all are raped financially, and turn it into a usa first economy, you have to UPSET a ton of powerful people, hence the round the clock negative trump press,,,

for my lifetime there has NEVER ever been 1 great option (or 2) as pres,, im certain if you asked WILBER, in his lifetime that same is true,,

you guys are all hysterical little girls,, i get it if you dont like trump,, but 3 things are 100% true,, noone can debate them,,

1. we need to pay our debt/balance budget.
2. we need to build a wall
3. EVERYONE needs to pay a fair amt. of taxes (BIG business is what im referring to paying 00000 in taxes)

and the closest to these 3 things is donald trump

If he is so great then why does his own party not want him to be their candidate?

Vote 3rd party then. By someone not voting, you cant have anything to say about either.
problem is even my beloved Libertarian party is becoming a reality TV show with McAfee blaming Johnson for cockblocking his delegates at the convention for buying up too many hotel rooms.

if you can't vote Rep, Dem, or Libertarian you might as well just write in Mickey Mouse or Triple H. At least with Triple H we would close the small gap between America 2016 and the America depicted in Idiocracy

Real Coward Move on your part. You Served, to preserve Americans ability to Vote and now what?

You attempt to make some statement by not voting?

Because you blindly accept what The Media tells you?

And the fact that all politicians are Liars?

He is the Less of All Evils that has been presented to us, for almost 40 years now.

A chance to quell at least a bit the Powers that flatten the common man.

Who you Fought For. The Common American. Remember?

Probably......you don't.

The Fire that once burned within you has gone out.

What happened to you?

Once you were a Voice of Wisdom, of Reason...on Issues.

And now you also have become this Gelatinous Mass of Conformity....Acceptance of The "Party Line"

Did they UP the amount of Fluoride in the Water Supply of NC & Florida? wtf?

If he is so great then why does his own party not want him to be their candidate?

Because The Republican National Committee (RNC) functions to do the bidding of it's Wealthiest Supporters, Special Interest Groups & certain Foreign Governments.

Those who work the strings, RNC's Puppetmasters want to see the show they paid for. A continuation of Politics as Usual, Business as Usual...

Same battle those not within the Ruling Class, in this case the Wealthiest 1%, have fought forever and will fight for as long as breath is within their bodies...

and your question is the same as: "Why would the chief owners of a Corporation not want a CEO that sides with Labor? That wants to improve the plight of our common worker? Why would a company not want a CEO that wants to empower those who work for us?

Most likely outcome to this thread here is a demonstration that American Men of today enmasse are not going to Rise, Stand and Fight for this Country and for their own Families. In defiance of what those who founded this Country asked them to do. In Defiance of their natural instincts to protect their young and their loved ones.

The Wolves are indeed at the Door. Watch how many come up in here, chime in that they intend to just lay down and do NOthing to help save US, like Enfuego & DoubleDeuce22 have declared.

I agree, not voting isn't the answer. If you don't vote then you cant complain right?

Voting 3rd party to me is the same as not voting. But I understand what you mean

Right now, it is close to a useless vote, but things do not change over night. What if all of the people that hated both Trump and Hilary voted a 3rd party (even if those options aren't much better either) and the momentum started here in 2016. And 20+ years from now, there actually is a 3 candidate race.
this election, 3rd party votes increased by 50% then next election it doubles, then next election they are receiving close to 30% of the actual votes. The rise has to start from somewhere
