I have never said to myself, how awesome, Steve Levy is doing the 11 pm Sports Center, guess I am staying up late tonight..

They actually think their anchors are as important as the games they are reporting on

I would rather they just showed the highlights with some wording underneath and nobody talking

Or the good old days when sports center was 30 minutes. Used to get up for school in the early mid 90's n be able to find out every game result before heading to school. Now.... You Need 2 hrs to get that.

It is funny that ESPN & wrestling have a connection these days business wise as they are extremely similar.

They both went from being strictly a sport reporting/sport to being "sports entertainment" which seems to coincide with the decline in the attention span of our society in many facets.

I've posted in other threads about this with Sportscenter.. its almost unwatchable with all of the evening anchors....They all want to be comedians and cute..SVP is the only late anchor worth watching.....DVR most of there programming so you can zip right by the silly bs , top 10 plays , Americas star and so on

They are all ridiculously overpaid as well and get about 200 vacation days a year. There are tons and tons of people that could do the same job as most if not better.

Really, how many days are Mike and Mike both on together. I doubt if they ever go 2 consecutive weeks with both being on and they are the epitomy of suckiness as they give zero insight while they read 89 different sponsors.

Haven't watched in a few months but I assume it hasn't changed.
