I have been reading up on this and it appears he did a "proof session" with people in the know, where he provided proof but didn't want certain info out in public (I am guessing some proprietary info) and they, for the most part, seemed satisfied. The biggest argument I see him having trouble proving is, a select few people are accusing him of backdating some of the info. Which I guess can be proved one way or another with enough time spent on reviewing the data / proof.
