This is a subject that always make me laugh. Besides my own jersey, I have never worn another mans jersey in my life nor do I even own one.

Cracks me up when you see some 48 year old balding 5'4" 259 pound bowling ball wearing a Peyton Manning jersey. It's unintentional humor. Besides the thing being ridiculously overpriced, It's not like it looks good on the guy.

Kids wearing jerseys is OK, adults to me is just comical.

Once you become older than the players you shouldn't be wearing a jersey

I really am not like that. Respect the talent. Yes. Would I bother them in a public restaurant or anything like that. No. Unless for my kids or something.

Kids are funny. I had a 7 year old try to tell me how much Cam Newton's career is better than Peyton's.

How old is too old to sit down and watch grown men play kid's games? Never too old, kinda the whole point of being a fan. Especially if you're going to watch the game in person. Personally I like the Jersey style T-shirts, much more comfortable. I wear my Kings or Dodgers T-shirts every time I go to the sports book to watch games.

I gotta agree with Cruise on this 1. I'm not wearing a jersey with another mans name on the back of it, just isn't happening.

But Cruise and I are snobby yuppy wannabe elitists so don't take what we say too seriously. If you wanna rock the Gronk jersey and say "GRONK BRO, YEAH!!!" then just do it.

Yeah I imagine that he wears tight designer jeans, with an untucked button up collard shirt, to the game. Dressed like a club yuppy.

I just bought a Steph Curry shirt/jersey on Ebay for myself. I guess that answers the question for me...

Though, I'm sending it back, because it's obviously a fake (the emblem is a huge bulky patch on the front).

I actually always get a good laugh at pacers games when I see the people dressed up like they are going to the club. Then they wake back and forth across the floor 10 times to make sure everyone can see them.

I think you can be old wearing a jersey if you go to a game or a bar to watch the game. maybe a fantasy football draft.

but once you are an adult, you shouldn't wear the jersey for everyday things like shopping at the mall

I don't walk around the "hood" w/ my Black Hawks Jersey nor my Cubs Jersey...

When I get tix for the Hawks my kids meet us @ the UC...all 4 of us dressed in Black Hawks Jerseys

NO SHAME at all..

Some might remember here...

Last fall, My wife and I (and some 25 other people) took a friends private limo (aka the party bus to the CUBS game against ST. LO where they won then went to St lo...to clinch...bottom line ..all people were dressed and rockin' like we were 16...

IT WAS A GREAT TIME...all in JERSEY'S...sometime ...

ya just gotta cut-loose and have some fun...

stop being so pretentious...relax....enjoy LIFE
