    Concerned Shareholder Of US Auto Parts Network Calls For "No" Vote At Annual Meeting

    Cannell Capital LLC 29 minutes ago

    ALTA, Wyo., May 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Clients advised by Cannell Capital LLC ("Cannell") own more than 2 % of shares outstanding of U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (PRTS).

    Cannell announces that Cannell intends to withhold its votes from all incumbent directors at the annual meeting of PRTS shareholders to be held on May 26th. Cannell urges all shareholders to also vote to withhold.
    Cannell has been investing in small capitalization stocks such as PRTS for over 27 years. Cannell prefers to maintain positive and open dialogues with the executive suites and incumbent board of directors of companies in which it invests. It has observed that easier money is made investing with prudent and humble stewards who don't need to be told how to allocate capital of its owners.
    When such dialogue breaks down, however, Cannell is oft forced to act on behalf of all shareholders. Cannell believed it had reached settlement with PRTS but the true nature of the "settlement" contained sundry "muzzle" provisions which Cannell felt were not in the best interests of shareholders. Cannell will not be gagged. Cannell will not, and does not, negotiate in the face of such demands.
    Recently, Cannell has run "Vote No" campaigns at Envivio, Inc. and Telecommunication Systems, Inc. ("TSYS").
    http://www.concernedenvivioshareholders.com/
    http://www.concernedtsysshareholders.com/
    The Envivio and TSYS campaigns were both successful and created a great deal of support by many shareholders not affiliated with Cannell. Both Envivio and TSYS enjoyed outcomes that created wealth for ALL shareholders. Cannell believes that its "Vote No" campaigns were integral to the positive outcomes achieved for both Envivio and TSYS shareholders.

Third investor conference on weds will help also. I have been told by people close to this situation we could see 10-12 by year end so this one is just getting started

    Missed the boat again, only got in at $3.88. Feel like a putz not getting in Friday. Shouldn't be dwelling though given the long term prospects. Any chance you think there will be a chance to average cost down soon or too much steam now?

    Appreciate the insight.

    PS, can you believe 80,000 fans each night in Ireland the last 2 shows?! Simply unreal. The European crowds are truly spectacular. Incident opener?! Yes, please!

    HMMM

    ORLY) just increased their => $7 BILLION – “STOCK BUYBACK” – Program Increasing their previous stock repurchase authorization by==>$750 MILLION
    This newest expansion represents an increase of ORLY’s buyback program by ==> +11.50% percent
    (ORLY) currently trades for an ==>
    Enterprise Value -to – Revenue Ratio of ==> 3.27x / SALES
    =================================================
    By Comparison:
    US AUTOPARTS total “Enterprise Value” is currently just ==> $140 Million

    US AUTOPARTS currently trades for an ==>
    Enterprise Value -to – Revenue Ratio of ==> 0.45x / SALES

    CONCLUSION:
    Based purely on the “VALUATION” of => ” Enterprise Value -to – Revenue Ratios “
    ORLY would clearly appear to be much better off – “ACQUIRING– US AUTOPARTS
    Than paying 3.25X SALES … To buyback their own shares at current valuations
    Its a ==> “NO BRAINER”
    ==================================================

    I don't think they may it into the index based on mkt cap req, which may have disappointed some short term hot money

    This pullback should end soon and I would look for a move higher shortly

    ^ Thanks, my friend.

    Incident opener in Paris last night. Tough to top. You planning on catching a few shows when the band comes back to do that stadium leg in the States?
