Analysis: We are playing this Total for 3% and the number is down overnight as it opened at 8.5. We always try to put ourselves in the best situation to win, and the fact is that is really what handicapping is all about. Every other definition is just fluff and nonsense sense regardless of how you handicap a game Shiit Happens. We do have two Southpaws on the Hill to open this game and generally that's not a good thing as most MLB Teams don't hit these guys that well. Both the Astros and White Sox do though. They both score more runs Per 9 batting against lefties (4.3 Houston/5.3 Chicago) The Sox have increased that as the season has progressed and now 6.1 over their last 10. In addition Houston's Bullpen has been a Gas Can on the road with an ERA nearing 6, and it's a well known fact that Keuchel's road numbers have been mostly BAD during his career. His last 3 Road Games this year? 18 Innings. 19 Earned Runs. Rodon's numbers not good at all, just look for yourself. Nice weather pattern today at this park for the hitters with winds out to the fences although a bit chilly. We do like• this play a lot while the Market does not as it continues to trend downward. We shall see..
