If Hillary Becomes President and Names.......

......Bill Clinton as her Vice President, and then dies in office, who will become President? We know Bill has already served 2 terms, but could he possibly serve a 3rd term? Or would it be the Speaker of the House? I just thought about this last night and was wondering what you guys think. Bill could serve as VP because there's no rule against him serving as VP.

Bill is not allowed to be VP. There is a rule against it.
No person that is not allowed to be president can be a VP

I don't believe that is true. I remember reading years ago that a President serving two terms can become a VP. In another forum someone said that he could become President again according to the 22nd amendment.

So if the real question is whether or not Slick Willy can still reveive blow jobs in the oral/oval office after serving two consective terms, plausable with favorable SCOTUS ruling.
