Free Throw shooter crossing the line too early...

Have we just totally gotten rid of this rule? The rule states the shooter cannot cross the line until the ball has hit part of the hoop. If you watch a basketball game you will see this rule being violated 9-10 times per game and it is never called. Hell Shaq would have shot 5 percent if they enforced it on him. I just wonder why this is never brought up? Has the rule been changed?

Yeah but that was as obvious as it gets. That is the only time it is called. My comments above were sarcastic as I know the league only calls it when its blatant.

Derozan broke it at least twice tonight and I actually took screen shots of it. I am just wondering why this isn't questioned at all anymore? It's as though the rule just disappeared other then the obvious move where the shooter immediately tries to grab his own rebound.
