Got a letter from my water provider that my water exceeded federal standards for copper for a 2 year period (said there was a "misunderstanding" and caused the long period of violation). Letter said my health wasnt affected but obviously there are federal guidelines for a reason. Kinda feel bitter about dropping a monthly check for poison water. Anyone ever had anything like this happen? Any action I can take?

Call a lawyer. He'll jump on it if there is a case. Probably need to prove damages.

I reread the letter and they are currently still.not in compliance with the state dep (started in 2013). They said they installed a new filter and the water is okay but they havent done any of the studies, paperwork, etc tgat the dep requires because of a "misunderstanding"..they are expecting to be in compliance in October 2016..3 years after the fact!!!!!! Wtf

I'd give Obama a call....he's your huckleberry.

Water, Insurance, Jobs, Airport Security, Illegals....he will handle it.
