10 yrs ago My wife and I were @ a 4th of July (Village, City) Fest.
w/ my bro and sis in-law.....he started his drunk ass smack..
(keep in mind I knew all the cops, fire mayor etc. at this fest)
he called me out...I told him ""you don't want to go there""
he kept on going..
I looked @ my wife and said game on....
Beat the snot out of him...
All (my) cop friends came over and arrested him..and took his bitch wife off the property..
ha...funny thing was...a Great cop friend of mine said ""here are drink tickets you and the wife stay here till things com down""
later that night said cop's all came over to my house and laughed about it...ha

AS of this post he have NOT spoken to either one of them...BEST 10yrs EVER...

Got into it with my Mother in Law once too.
When my wife was in college she had secretly opened up a bunch of credit cards in my wife's name and let them all go bad. I lost it when I found out that my then girlfriend was being harassed by collectors because of her Mom and that she had fucked up her credit score for the future. Our first home loan had to be solely put in my name because of it. Have been working to build her credit back up for 7 or 8 years and just now starting to see the light at the end of tunnel. She's up around 675 and by the time we are ready to build a house in 5 or 10 years she will be good to go.

confrontations are necessary in life, I mean, if you stand up for yourself and loved ones and have any balls.
Have a huge family. In laws all good people for the most part. My mom has 5 brothers and a sister. Lots of first cousins and everybody pretty close. disagreements of course but never rises to level of fist fights....that stopped after about age 13 or 14....or thereabouts.
