Manny Machado has been informed he'll be suspended for 4 games, plus a fine, for charging the mound Tuesday, as Bob Nightengale reported. He's appealing. Can play until appeal is heard.

If you watch from the regular behind the pitcher angle, Salvador Perez knew Manny was on his way out and didn't get in any hurry to get out there to protect him. He obviously went out there because he was obligated to do so, but he probably secretly wanted Manny to knock that little punk bitch's head off.

Agree. Based on his past exploits, Ventura should have gotten 20 games. There should be a cumulative effect with these penalties.
