NFL Starts in less than 3 months, Ken and I will be around for those that need a proxy to put plays in for you for the year. I wanted to start the thread for those that might have questions since signups start July 1st. $250 at signup and NO backend % is our fee. Might as well post some of the info for those that are not familiar with the contest and might be interested, would not be surprised if Cantor or William Hill come out with something by mid July, we'll have to wait and see.

The 2016 WESTGATE FOOTBALL SUPERCONTEST is upon us, signups start July 1st. The only requirement is that you be 21 years of age or older. The signup fee is the same as last year $1500. Last they are expanded the prize pool to pay more places(50) so that was applauded by most, however they are taking 8% of entry fees to help pay for the Sports Seminar Weekend at the end of August, the last 3 weeks contest in addition to administrative costs. I will continue to post information as I get it. 100% of entry fees are returned to the players. The only requirement is that you be 21 years of age or older. The signup fee is the same as last year $1500.

OUR PROXY FEE IS $250 WITH NO % ON THE BACKEND AFTER YOU CASH.

Many people who are not from the area would like to enter the contest, however, are not able to submit picks every week. The contest has a solution where the players MAY AUTHORIZE A PROXY(a person authorized to act for you) TO SUBMIT THEIR SELECTIONS BY PROPERLY SIGNING AND AUTHORIZING SUCH, IN PERSON AT THE SUPERBOOK. People can share entries, actually a team of 4 won it a few years ago and took home over $700,000 from a prize pool over $2+ MILLION. We have many references as proxies from past and current entrants.

Many entrants who enter the contest also write off a portion of the entry fee as a marketing/business expense because they use their website or sports service for the entry name and is displayed throughout. To make it clear you are simply authorizing us to put picks in every week. PROXIES CANNOT COLLECT ANYTHING at the end from the sportsbook for your entry. You are simply authorizing us to put your plays in for you every week. The Westgate Contest is 5 games a week against the point spread, sides only.

We will proxy for the Las Vegas Sportsline Friday Night Showdown Golden Nugget Contest as I am confident they will have the same type contest as last year. Many really like the format with 7 plays a week for 8 weeks picking games from the NFL/College Football board including totals. After the 8 weeks a bracket style head to head playoff format is formed from the best 8 records after the 8[SUP]th[/SUP] week of play.

Sharky, do you know what's happening with the Station Great Giveaway contest. As you know they changed the format last year which no one seemed to like. Will they go back to the "normal" contest this year?

as others have said, sharky and ken are stand up guys and 100% reliable

cant go wrong using them if you enter one of the contests.

Golden Nugget told me they will start accepting entries for their 2k College, NFL sides and totals contest in late July or early August.
