Outrights - Specials Drunk Bookmaker (I cannot give another explanation for these Odds)

Guys, really I don't know even the rules of baseball but I compared odds of my local bookmaker in Greece with others and are totally messed...
So I have to find the most secure and I want your help please..
Maybe Chi Cubs -200 or Tex +275...
Even I compared and odds of other teams and there are plenty of value bets but really I don't know anything about this sport..
So I would appreciate every tip

Orioles +1400 has to be a mistake. Unless you meant +140.
Nationals at +115 has some slight value.
Cubs -200 is juicy but it will cash barring some sort of freak superbug team injury.
Texas +275 has the greatest value. Their record right now isn't a fluke from what I've seen.
Tigers at +350 is worth a little shot too but if you're looking at guarantees, you might want to go with Cubs and lay that juice.

I didn't observe when started Mlb on April , if all of these was the starting odds and maybe they forget to change..
+1400 Orioles, 5th favourite on division.. Was the same before starting season?
I think is little risky to pick many off these odds cause at the end maybe cancel my bets as void .. So I will try to take just one (Cubs I think)
They have max limit (1000 euros on -200) but is not bad if is safe

Till now I took Texas +275 (you are right has the greatest value) for 100 Euros and maybe I will wait 4-5 days to confirm if worth this -200 on Cubs to take for 1000 more Euros..

If orioles +1400 isn't a mistake that's very good value but I'm almost certain that they will cancel it
