I can honestly say I have never watched more than 3 minutes of the Pro Bowl. Ever.
Loved the NBA all star game as a kid. Don't watch it anymore unless I happen to be home and happen to flip it on
Loved the MLB All Star Game as a kid. Won't go out of my way to watch it now, but enjoy it
NHL All Star Game never loved, it's ok. Do not watch it anymore though.
Overall, seems like "kids games"

I should also mention, I did attend the NHL All Star Game in Hartford, CT in '86. That was fun.

I record and watch all the skills competitions for all the sports and HR derby. Love'em.

I will watch maybe 10-15 of each of the other All Star games, at most.
