The thread reads wrong as it had nothing to do with Bookmaker/CRIS. Could be a little confusing.

"They say that 22-year-old Riain should not have been able to place a bet based on the outcome of another bet and that there was an error with their systems in allowing him the flutter in the first place."

Oh well thats your mistake boylesports.

Your software accepted the wager so it counts.

Not the customers problem or job to babysit your system.

When that software accepted the wager & CONFIRMED it, its exactly the same as a verbal wager between 2 people that ended in a handshake...

"They let the bet run, obviously thinking with such huge odds that it wouldn't win in the first place."

He's dead on.

Screw you Boylesports...

Since he lives in a country where gambling is legal you would think he could take this to court with a high chance of winning??

Thats what i was just thinking.

What good is legalization if books can still get away with this

I hope when & if sports betting legalization comes to the U.S. that all loopholes for books to get out of paying are covered...
