Was Warriors championship last year justified?

Unfortunately injuries do happen. You beat who you play.

Can't take that from a team. Not many seasons don't have a big injury or two that play a role in the final outcome.

We all know if Gronk doesn't go down then NE has 7 SB's.

Sports is a battle of durability as much as it is everything else, just is what it is.

They have nothing to show - no SA, la, OKC or Cleveland is a fake title

Do we ask the same thing about Cavs this year without Bogut in last 2 games and Draymond suspended for a game?

I think we take both as justified 'ships
Sure green missed 1 game. Irving and Love missed whole series (2 all stars) Bogut not comparable to them

Yes Warriors would have win it last year regardless.

As for this year, sometimes an athlete or team which has early success has to be knocked off of their high horse & get humbled in order to return hungry, focused, and dominant again...

Against a half staffed Cavs squad?

The following year the Cavs were at full strength and the Warriors were beat up and the series went seven games and was tied with one minute left.

These franchises have been the best in the league the past two years and split the Championships and people still question if the success is justified?????

It was 3 games to 1 and then Draymond missed the next game - definitely hurt the momentum. Golden State won game 1 with Kyrie playing last year as well. Just my opinion though

warriors lost bogut and ended up playing ezeli 2nd half of game 7 which was a huge mistake
draymond suspended 1 game
iggy with back issues
curry sidelined prior to playoffs for injury

i think last year's was justified. i mean, shit, full strength cleveland beat gsw by 4 pts in a game 7
it's not like cleveland smoked this gsw squad in 5 games
