Which sports NON stars/superstars do you recall that had a flair for the dramatic?

As a Red Sox fan, I recall Brian Daubach having it. Some big hits, walk offs, etc and NO ONE would call him a star, not even close. Who you got?

NHL - Justin Williams
MLB- not sure , the SF Giants team maybe, they aren't that great but win the title every other year.
