How is this much different from denying employment due to a negative credit report. The implication is that because (a) the credit is bad, (b) the employer will be at risk due to the prospective employee's risky behavior.

Should gays be allowed to be nurses in a life/death environment when they are the highest risk segment possibly known to mankind? Deny them employment on getting gay sex in the ass?


After all, employers can deny potential employees based on a credit check.... b/c it is assumed they will be high risk.
