First seen that guy around 2000 on 20/20 or some other show. He claimed to have a bunch of theories. Never seen anything from him yet.
He advocated eugenics in one of the videos too.

Edit - Say what you want but he isn't a dumb hick.

I have a Southern accent which I'm not crazy about because I know the first thought that comes to people's minds when they hear someone speak with such an accent...
