They come in all the time.. but yeah we will get more closer to the season start ... then of course you get the ones that start off 0 for ... and come back with a new name and New Record

Well maybe you can offer a Free Cell phone if they take a full season package.

for a multi sports package you can offer Low cost health care. Then during the season raise the cost...

just a thought...
