I was watching late, late ESPN SportsCenter and they posted the most amazing stat......Teams down 5 runs headed to the ninth were 3-2,779 winning, or .001 percentage over the past 5 seasons. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawlzaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Nice hit Capt'n!

With the recent amount of games with this situation occurring in the last few weeks, the wager seemed to good an opportunity to pass up on. In hindsight, with you stating 3 - 2,779... i got lucky. I usually see the book close wagering down when bases are loaded but they kept it open and I thought why not.
