Haven't played there in quite some time. Now they are calling my work phone and leaving messages, begging me to play that day's "hot action". What an unprofessional tactic.

I live chatted them to take my # off, we'll see if it works. But kinda odd they would be choosing to employ this now. :think2:

They have been doing that for a few years.

Stupid business practice. Guy on live chat said "some of our customers like this level of interaction". I told him I'd like to meet the guy who enjoys getting voicemails from some loudmouth yammering on about how Wimbledon is starting.

The first time I actually answered this call, a month or so ago. Guy asked me if I was going to bet the NBA playoffs action, and I was like "maybe". And he was totally condescending, said something like "well here's what you need to do. First thing you need to do is check the lines, see if anything catches your eye." Yeah I know how to bet a game, thanks for the tip jackass.

LOl, if it bothers you, why did you give them your work # to begin with?

I don't have a work phone and home phone, I have one phone that my work provides. So it is my only phone #. Can't remember why I gave them any phone number, it must have been required to sign up.

Wow....that's a weird call. I got a call a few years ago when I stopped using them for a few weeks but it wasn't anything like that. It was more asking why I stopped wagering there. The guy was nice enough though.....guy who called you sounds like a total dick.

Yeah and I would have given them a fake #, but I'm sure it would have delayed any withdrawal by 87 days because they wouldn't be able to validate it.

I like heritage because never a problem getting paid but their customer service is not good. I miss Wally and Spiro at thegreek......never issues with those guys.

This is the type of shit that reduces our impressiveness as a Species. Significantly.

Yeah, we have accomplished some stuff but that quote above removes all doubt that we are not as great as we think we are.

Overall I mean. Factoring in Everything.
