In Reno you can get $5 dollar Black Jack anywhere on a weekday. Two places have here have $2 dollar blackjack. I remember when I was 21 there was place in Vegas that $1 blackjack.

Sahara had $1 blackjack but its closed now

And I am sure that you can expect 6/5 on Blackjack and the dealer hitting soft 17. The Vegas strip is mostly for suckers. I was there over Thanksgiving and the majority of the strip hotels had complete bullshit video poker odds and of course you want to search for 3/2 on blackjack but the dealer hits soft 17.

I am going tomorrow for five days. If I see any I will post on here. I used to go downtown to gamble but the only difference now isn't the limits but the 6/5 between the strip and downtown.

a lot of 6/5 tables downtown now as well. Still better than the strip but downtown not what it once was from gambling value perspective

I am surprised that the things I took for granted at the BJ tables now have to be searched for. Even a good card counter cannot survive 6/5 or dealer hitting soft 17.
