Hey guys... longtime lurker, infrequent poster looking to selectively find some profitable opportunities on the bases. I am a 33 year old professional poker player from the great state of NJ (yeah, laugh it up). I have been entrenched in the gambling world since college and am intrigued about the baseball betting market. I have blindly tailed Pennywise and TY Bounce as they are both discriminatory and judicious cappers. With that being said, the purpose of this thread is two-fold: personal accountability and information exchange. Ideally, I would like to be as scrupulous as those aforementioned; only playing 1 or 2 games a day. I wish those luck who follow... batter up!

The line in of itself must tell you something. Why are the Mets favored vs an undefeated starting pitcher in Strausburg? As most of you saw last night, fly balls were carrying out of Citi Field with ease; It was hot and humid and the forecast tonight is the same. Strausburg is a flyball pitcher by nature and coupled with the fact that the Mets bats are starting to get hot leads me to believe that the Mets will have no problem scoring runs and getting the W.

Just for context, I blindly play 5 units on Pennywise's picks as his pedigree speaks for itself. This is my first season gambling on baseball, however, I am well versed in understanding line moves, public betting %, etc from betting on other sports the last 10 or so years. I encourage all constructive criticism because I am green in this area and would appreciate the insight.
