Whoever is offering that bet is hoping a bunch of people out a minimum wager on the + side so they can keep it and go ahead and count it as revenue. Might be signs of what's to come for that book?? But I hope not

with a lot less risk and a lot less hassle when you request a payout

as a matter of fact, payout fees might be more than your winnings

the more I think about this, the worst it gets
