advocare 24 day challenge

so my cousin is selling this stuff and i bought it today. anyone else ever tried it?
im not fat but i sure couldnt last a round or two these days. i do however need to get in a little better shape.

I can get you some stuff that's twice as good and half the cost.
Its a MLM company that inflates the cost to pay all the commissions .

There is much better out there .

ESP and PES much better and cheaper

Advocare had been around 20 years,,, i bought it 15 years ago for about 6 months,, the funny part is, it was GREAT!! the first 3 months,,, then they changed their formula, and then it wasent so great,,

i get it your locked in with your cousin,, but if you use it for a month,,, then use CHOPS for a month,, you will see a difference,,

One of the main reasons it worked great for 3 months and then seemed to tail off is because the main ingredient in SPARK which is the main product in the product line for advocare is that it's heavy on caffeine and after 3 or 4 months you develop a tolerance for it and becomes less and less effective the longer you take it.

Yes.... yes chop... but they also Did change the formula.. lol
If you remember chop 14-15 years bak is when Ephedra shit hit the fan.. so they removed it.. or cut it by 90%.. thats the truth.

while i tend to agree with this, sometimes a refresh or a cleanse and some motivation to get you back in a routine cant be a bad thing

Especially the eat right part as people refuse to accept the 100% truth of the saying abs are made in the kitchen! I see people who work out much less versus other workout warriors who go at it for hours & the biggest difference was the former ate correctly.

so many MLM weightloss programs out there.
Scepticle of all- itworks, shakeology, advocare, thrive, plexus, medifast, herbalife, velentus etc...

everyone has friends pedaling this crap on facebook...

has to be way overpriced...

buy some stackers at the dollar tree and drink a lot of water. Maybe a few supplements from a low cost provider on ebay or amazon at the most.

go for a long walk...
