UK leader in the world of number shops sportsbooks, in many countries they are also allowed, except in the United States mainly.

Most of Europe, Mexico, Venezuela (I think), Dominican Republic, Panama, Belize, Aruba. Those off the top of my head Where would you like to invest? Might as well make a list of places you'd like to go and contact their gaming control boards. Info should be readily available on google.
