In my experience 3-5 business days. They will give you the normal runaround, ask for documents they already have, blah blah. If you stay on them, once they acknowledge that they have received everything it only takes a day or 2.
I was actually going to post this as the absolute fastest method, because it is...but I don't think the demand for 5d funding is what it was in our heyday of doing that.
