I'm at a loss here guys. All i can think is this book does not want my action and wants me to leave. Mind you I'm a basically a square and have played with this place for 10 years but I constantly get bets misgraded never in my favor and have to argue just to get the most obvious errors corrected. Today I reached a new level of frustration and the book is flat out stealing from more or can't read. Last night a small wager was placed on who will have more total bases in the Red Sox Giants game. I bet Hanley Ramirez over Brandon Belt. Hanley hit 3 hrs Belt had a single. I wake up and see the bet is graded no action. I was told it was because Pomeranz did not start. Well he did start. Cain and Pomeranz started as listed. They send me a link to the MLB boxscore showing this but they say here is your proof no action. Say what? I call again the girl says it was no action because Belt and Hanley had the same total baes. I said no.. 12 to 1 Hanley. They just go on and on syaing the wagering department gets infor from the boxscore blah blah.. This is not even close no way to even rationalize this bet as no action. I am aggravated.
their abrasive customer service just assumed you were wrong and made up reasons why you lost your bet, they didn't take the time to think, they read something from their rules section and mistakenly told you it applies
the more I learn about their customer service, the worse they look
